By completing a purchase on FUTRYSE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customised & Made-to-Order Items

Customised jerseys (including custom names, numbers, or personalisation) are made to order.

Once a customised order has entered processing or production, it is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, without exception. This includes situations where the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.

A customised order may only be cancelled and refunded if production has not yet started, at FUTRYSE’s sole discretion.

Non-Customised Items

For non-customised items, refund or return requests must be submitted by contacting us via email within a reasonable time after delivery. Approval is not automatic and is subject to review.

Returns Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the item is:
• Incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival
• Reported promptly with clear photographic evidence
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition (unless defective)

FUTRYSE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers must not return items without prior approval. Unauthorised returns may not be refunded.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error is proven to be caused by FUTRYSE.

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and are outside our control.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact RVJerseys directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback filed that contradicts this policy, confirmed order details, tracking information, or proof of delivery will be formally contested using this policy as supporting evidence.

Final Policy Authority

FUTRYSE reserves the right to:
• Determine refund eligibility
• Refuse refunds that violate policy terms
• Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
