We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time, at no additional cost.


Shipping Method

We offer 2 shipping methods for all our customers:

Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 days. (ESTIMATE)

Priority Shipping: 8 to 16 days. (ESTIMATE) 

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Low cost for all orders, regardless of destination.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–9 business days of payment confirmation.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide at no additional cost. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the recipient’s location, but are generally between 10 and 20 days.


Loss or Damage During Shipping

FUTRYSE is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you experience any issues with your order, our customer service team will be happy to help resolve any issues and work with you to find a suitable solution.


Shipping Timeframe

The timeframe provided when you purchase Priority/Standard delivery is just an estimate; there is no guarantee and therefore FUTRYSE is not at fault if your order arrives outside of the estimated timeframe. You are, however, entitled to contact customer support and inquire about the status of your order.


Returns & Refunds Policy

By completing a purchase on FUTRYSE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.


Customised and Made-to-Order Items

Customised jerseys, including items with custom names, numbers, or any form of personalisation, are made to order.

Once a customised order has entered processing or production, it is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable without exception. This includes situations where the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.

A customised order may only be cancelled and refunded if production has not yet started, and only at the sole discretion of FUTRYSE.


Non-Customised Items

For non-customised items, any request for a return or refund must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Any return request submitted after this period will not be accepted, and the item will be considered unreturnable and non-refundable, except where the item is proven to be faulty in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Approval of returns is not automatic and remains subject to review.


Conditions for Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the item is:


  • Incorrect
  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival



The issue must be reported within the 10-day timeframe and supported by clear photographic evidence.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

FUTRYSE reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Unauthorised Returns

Customers must not return items without prior written approval from FUTRYSE. Any unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.


Shipping Fees

Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is proven to be caused by an error on the part of FUTRYSE (for example, an incorrect or damaged item).

FUTRYSE will not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact FUTRYSE directly to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback or dispute that contradicts this policy, confirmed order details, tracking information, or proof of delivery will be formally contested using this policy as supporting evidence.


Final Policy Authority

FUTRYSE reserves the right to determine refund eligibility, refuse refunds that violate this policy, and update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
